Our company is staffed
with a seasoned staff of technical support representatives trained specifically
on the services and equipment you use. Technical Support is 24 hours,
7 days a week.
Due to our extensive monitoring system we know within five minutes of
any failure affecting our own equipment and that of our core providers.
After normal business hours our engineers are on-call 24 hours, 7 days
a week to repair any problem that may arise.
EMAIL
MAINTENANCE
The domain manager can login and add, change and delete any EMAIL addresses
for the domain(s) you have hosted with us by going to:
https://secure.st-louis.net/st-louis/sitemanager/login.htm
and logging
in with the assigned username and password you were assigned.
If you do not have an EMAIL management account setup and would like to
do so, please call us at 636-458-2866.
SENDING
& RECEIVING EMAIL
You can use OUTLOOK or another PC-based EMAIL program to access your EMAIL
account. You will need your login name and password. The mailserver specifications
are:
POP3
(incoming): mail.stl-net.net
SMTP (outgoing): mailgateway.stl-net.net
If you do
not get your connection (dialup, ISDN, T-1) from us you may be required
to use the SMTP (outgoing) server of your connection ISP. If you cannot
send EMAIL to our SMTP server please call your connection provider and
ask why.
You may
also access your EMAIL and send messages from anywhere in the world on
another computer via the browser. To login via the browser interface please
go to:

Dialup
Numbers
If you are travelling or have forgotten the dialup phone number for the
network you are subscribed to please visit our Network
Map to view a list of dialup numbers by State and City. Remember
there is not a roaming fee. Your login name and password is accepted on
any of the phone numbers listed.
